  3. Stir in gochujang and kimchi, cooking another 2 minutes or until well combined.
  4. Make a well in the center of the rice and pour in the beaten egg. Scramble the egg and mix it with the rice.
  5. Season with sesame oil to taste and garnish with sliced green onion.
  6. In a blender, combine frozen banana, mixed berries, avocado, spinach, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  7. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed for desired consistency.
  8. Pour into a bowl and garnish with additional fruit or toppings if desired.
