Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 apple, cored and sliced 1
- inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped 2 tablespoons chia seeds Ice and water to taste (optional)
Instructions
- In a powerful blender, combine spinach, cucumber, apple, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher or directly into individual glasses. This will separate the liquid from any remaining pulp.
- Stir in chia seeds and let them soak for 5 minutes to allow them to expand and soften.
- Taste your juice, and if you prefer it thinner, add ice and water as needed. Mix well before serving.
