1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil to make the bulgogi marinade.
Add chicken slices to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, cook white rice according to package instructions. Cool and set aside.
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
