Ingredients

  • 16 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu and press it between two paper towels to remove excess moisture. Slice into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix together gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the tofu strips and toss until well coated.
  3. Preheat an air fryer to 400°F (205°C). Arrange the coated tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle sesame seeds over the hot tofu. Top with chopped green onions.
