Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and ground beef. Mix well until the meat is evenly coated with the sauce mixture. Set aside.
  2. In another small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Add this slurry to the meat mixture, stirring well to combine.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for 1 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the meat mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and no longer pink.
  5. Warm corn tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for about 30 seconds.
  6. To assemble, place a generous portion of meat onto each tortilla, followed by cabbage, bean sprouts, cilantro leaves, green onions, and a squeeze of lime juice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
