  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated stevia
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 drops of culinary lavender oil

Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In another saucepan, combine stevia, honey, and dried lavender flowers. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until the sweetener dissolves and the mixture becomes fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat, add cooled gelatin mixture, and mix well. Let it cool to room temperature.
  6. Gradually pour the lavender honey mixture into whipped cream while continuously folding the mixtures together with a spatula until fully incorporated.
