Ingredients

• 1. 2 oz fresh lemon juice 2. 2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) 3. 4 oz sparkling water 4. Ice cubes 5. Lemon wedge and mint leaves, for garnish 6. Lemons, for zest decoration

Instructions

1. In a glass, combine the lemon juice and honey syrup. Stir gently until fully combined.
2. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemon honey mixture over the ice.
3. Top each glass with sparkling water, leaving a little space at the top for the garnish.
4. Gently stir to combine.
5. For added flair, zest the rim of each glass with a lemon peel and place a lemon wedge and mint leaves in the glasses.
6. Serve immediately, allowing the colors and fragrance to dance with your senses.
