  • style sausages for added protein Vegan Haggis Mix: 1. 2 cups of finely chopped mushrooms 2. 1 cup of cooked lentils 3. 1/2 cup of oatmeal 4. 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped 5. 1 small onion, diced 6. 1 stalk of celery, diced 7. 2 cloves of garlic, minced 8. 1/4 cup of dried breadcrumbs 9. 1 tbsp of tomato paste 10. 1/2 tsp of thyme 11. 1/2 tsp of sage 12. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegan Haggis Mix by combining all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well, then shape into balls or patties. Set aside.
  2. Boil the potatoes and turnips separately until tender. Drain and mash each with almond milk and Earth Balance butter substitute. Season to taste.
