Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour 2 individual ramekins. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and creamy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
  4. Sift in flour and salt fold in gently using a spatula, being careful not to overmix. Fold in macadamia nuts.

  6. Let cakes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. To serve, top each cake with a dollop of Maui Onion Jam and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with fresh tropical fruits and a sprinkle of macadamia nuts.
