Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt 4 tbsp honey 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 recipe Spanakota (see below) 1 recipe Greek Coffee (see below) 4. Spanakota: 6 cups fresh spinach, washed and drained 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 5. Greek Coffee: 1/2 cup cold water 1 tbsp ground coffee Sugar, to taste (optional)
Instructions
To prepare Spanakota, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
To make Greek Coffee, boil water in a special coffee pot (briki). Add coffee grounds, reduce heat to low, and let it simmer for 5 6 minutes, or until the coffee has condensed at the bottom of the pot. Pour into cups.
For Greek yogurt, layer yogurt with honey and walnuts in individual serving dishes.
Assemble your Mediterranean Delight by placing Spanakota on a large platter, topping it with Greek yogurt, and serving it alongside Greek coffee.
