Roast in the oven alongside the chicken for 15 20 minutes, or until tender. g. While the chicken and asparagus are baking, prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Set aside. h. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. i. To plate, arrange a bed of cauliflower rice on each plate, followed by roasted asparagus, and top with sliced chicken breast. Garnish with fresh parsley.
