Ingredients
- 1. 1 cup fresh spinach leaves 2. 1/2 cup fresh parsley 3. 1 ripe avocado 4. 1 cup almond milk 5. 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh) 6. 1 small cucumber 7. 1 lemon, juiced 8. 1 tablespoon chia seeds 9. 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the spinach and parsley in a blender until finely chopped.
- Add avocado, almond milk, mixed berries, cucumber, lemon juice, and chia seeds to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired. Blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
