Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  4. Grill the slider buns for 1 2 minutes per side or until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a spoonful of pulled pork on each bun bottom, then adding a scoop of coleslaw on top. Finish with the bun top.
