In a blender, combine almond milk, cocoa powder, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, instant coffee granules, ground cinnamon, ground cayenne pepper, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses or cups, garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon, if desired.
Serve immediately.
