cut bacon 2 pork sausages 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 2 slices of black pudding (optional) 1/2 loaf of white or whole wheat bread 2 tbsp butter Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, for garnish

a. In a non stick pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside. b. Cook the sausages in the same pan, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Set aside. c. Fry the eggs to your preference in a separate pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. d. In another pan, cook mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in a little butter over medium heat for 3 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. e. If using black pudding, warm it up in the same pan used for bacon. f. Toast the bread slices. g. Assemble the breakfast on two plates, arranging all cooked items as desired. Garnish with fresh parsley.
