Ingredients

  • 4 oz fresh apple cider
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • Ice cubes
  • Cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large, heatproof glass, combine apple cider and vodka.
  2. Stir in the cranberry juice and add the frozen cranberries to infuse additional flavor.
  3. Lightly crush the rosemary sprigs with your hands to release their fragrance, then drop them into the glass.
  4. Gently warm the cider mixture over low heat until steaming but not boiling. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into two cocktail glasses, discarding the solids.
  5. Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes and top off with the warmed cider mixture.
  6. Stir gently to combine, then garnish each glass with a sprig of rosemary and a cinnamon stick.

Chef’s Insight

To enhance the aroma of the rosemary, crush it gently between your palms before adding it to the cocktail.
