fat coconut milk 3. 4 tbsp of honey 4. 1 tsp of vanilla extract 5. 1/2 cup of almond flour 6. 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 7. 2 tbsp of coconut oil 8. 1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut 9. 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the frozen mixed berries, vanilla extract, and honey over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens into a syrup.
In another saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add almond flour and cocoa powder, stirring constantly until they form a smooth paste.
Gently fold the berry syrup into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
Pour the mixture into two individual dessert dishes or glasses, and chill them in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until set.
Before serving, sprinkle each dish with shredded unsweetened coconut and chopped almonds to create a frosty snow like finish.
