Chef’s Insight

The interplay between the rich tomato sauce and spices in the shakshuka perfectly complements the moist and tender almond flour bread, while the zesty orange salad adds a refreshing contrast to the dish.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice levels in the shakshuka sauce according to personal preference.

Cultural or Historical Background

Shakshuka is a popular North African and Middle Eastern breakfast dish, often served with bread for dipping in the rich tomato sauce. Almond flour bread has become a favorite in Paleo baking, as it is an excellent alternative to wheat-based flours.
