1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup chopped kiwi
2 cups full
fat coconut milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine spices and coconut milk, stirring until well combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until slightly reduced.
Remove from heat, strain the liquid into a bowl and allow it to cool.
