  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup almond flour 1 tbsp olive oil

Add cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Pulse again until all ingredients are well combined. Stir in almond flour until dough forms. Shape into bite sized balls. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add falafel bites and cook for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
