Cook Masala Dosas: Spread dosa batter evenly onto a hot griddle, cook until golden brown, then fold into triangles. c. Make Palak Paneer: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onions. Sauté until transparent, then add bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook until softened, stir in chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then mix in paneer cubes and cook until heated through.
