Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by julienning them into thin strips.
  2. Fill a large bowl with warm water, submerge one rice paper at a time, and soften for about 30 seconds.
  3. Place a softened rice paper on a clean surface, and arrange a small portion of assorted vegetables and protein in the center.
  4. Fold the rice paper over the filling, tightly roll it up into a cylinder shape, and seal the edges by brushing them with water.
  5. Repeat for all spring rolls and set them aside on a serving platter.
