2 cups farmer's cheese, crumbled (or substitute with ricotta cheese)
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 cup cremini mushrooms, finely chopped

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the cold, cubed butter, and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the egg and sour cream, then mix until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
