Ingredients
1 lb Churrasco steak
2 cups cauliflower rice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Churrasco steak by trimming any excess fat and seasoning both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
Stir in parsley and basil to create the garlic herb sauce. Cook for 1 2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
In another pan, heat remaining olive oil over high heat. Sear the Churrasco steak for 3 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile, cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the Churrasco steak slices over the cooked cauliflower rice and drizzle garlic herb sauce on top. Garnish with lemon wedges for a burst of flavor.
