2 cups vegetable oil, for frying

1 cup dairy
free dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, salt, and sugar until a smooth dough forms. Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.
In a separate saucepan, combine the chopped dark chocolate, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, until a smooth sauce is formed. Set aside.
Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, ensuring there is about 1 inch of oil in the pan. Heat to 350°F (175°C).
