Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions or in a saucepan with water or vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the Lemon Dill Sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Sear the salmon pieces for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
