Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8 inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine grated cassava, sugar, coconut milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
