  • fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond granola
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mixed berries and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and honey. Whisk until well combined and fluffy. Set aside to thicken slightly.
