Chop berries into bite sized pieces, wash spinach, slice avocado, and chop almonds. c. In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice to create the citrus dressing. Set aside. d. Once the quinoa is cooked, transfer it to a large serving bowl. Toss with half of the citrus dressing, adjusting the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. e. Layer the prepared fruits and vegetables over the quinoa, drizzling the remaining citrus dressing on top. Sprinkle almonds, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds for added crunch and nutrition.
