  1. Slice the zucchinis into noodle like strips using a spiralizer or julienne slicer. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in paprika and tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until no longer pink on the outside, about 10 12 minutes.
