Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, eggs, coconut milk, ghee, spices, and salt. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter. For the compote, combine berries, lemon zest, and juice in a saucepan and simmer until thickened. To serve, top pancakes with coconut yogurt, compote, and drizzle honey.
