  • 1. 12 oz grass
  • fed beef flank steak 2. 4 tbsp coconut aminos 3. 2 tbsp honey 4. 2 tbsp arrowroot powder 5. 1 tsp ground ginger 6. 1/2 tsp sea salt 7. 1/4 tsp white pepper 8. 1/4 cup avocado oil 9. 3 cups broccoli florets 10. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced 11. 2 green onions, chopped 12. 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. In a large bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, arrowroot powder, ginger, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add beef strips to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the beef until browned, then remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add another tbsp of avocado oil and sauté broccoli florets for about 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Remove from pan.
  5. Add remaining avocado oil and stir fry bell pepper slices for 2 minutes.
  6. Return beef and broccoli to the pan, add green onions, and cook together for another 1 minute. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Serve immediately over steamed cauliflower rice or your favorite Paleo friendly side dish.
