Fish (Smoked Salmon) - Mustard (Dill Mustard Sauce)
Ingredients
1 lb smoked salmon, sliced
2 cups mixed pickles (cucumber, carrots, and onions)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Arrange the sliced smoked salmon, mixed pickles, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and cauliflower florets on a large serving platter in an attractive pattern. Drizzle the dill mustard sauce over the top of the snack platter and serve immediately.
