  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan or wok, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add beef to the pan and stir fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add beef back to the pan along with coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. Stir fry until heated through.
  6. In a separate pan, prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
  7. Combine stir fried beef and broccoli mixture with cauliflower rice, mix well, and garnish with green onions.
