Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, ginger syrup, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Fill 6 highball glasses with crushed ice, leaving enough space for the mocktail mixture.
Gently pour the tropical mocktail mixture into each glass, leaving about an inch of space from the top.
