  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then press the ground black peppercorns onto both sides of each breast. Grill chicken for 6 7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Drain and return to pot. Add butter, heavy cream, and salt and pepper, then mash until smooth. In a separate pan, steam green beans with garlic until tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
