- 1 cup cooked quinoa

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, red onion, feta cheese, mixed nuts, parsley, and dill.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until well combined and evenly coated.
