Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, red onion, and cilantro to create the zesty slaw. Toss well.
