- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop Australian whey protein powder 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled 1 handful fresh baby spinach 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon almond butter 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Add the unsweetened almond milk and Australian whey protein powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, then add the avocado, fresh baby spinach, mixed berries (frozen), chia seeds, almond butter, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend again until creamy and smooth. If needed, add more ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
