Ingredients
- 1 cup sakura
- infused water
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sakura infused water and sugar. Heat gently until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, mix berries with lemon juice. Mash them slightly to release juices.
- Pour the cooled sakura syrup over the berry mixture. Stir well.
- Add sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour Sakura Berry Delight over them.
