  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. Add Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
  3. Thread the ingredients onto metal or wooden skewers, alternating between shrimp, sausage, and vegetables.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium high heat or preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  5. Grill skewers for 3 4 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 12 15 minutes, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
