a. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). b. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon. c. Unroll the phyllo dough sheets on a clean surface. Cover with a damp cloth to prevent drying out. d. Brush a 9×13-inch baking dish with melted butter. e. Place 4 phyllo sheets in the bottom of the prepared dish, brushing each with butter and layering them in an alternating pattern. f. Sprinkle 1/3 of the walnut mixture evenly over the phyllo layers. g. Repeat steps e and f until all phyllo sheets and walnut mixture are used, ending with a layer of phyllo dough on top. h. Cut the stack into 24 equal portions using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. i. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. j. While baking, prepare the syrup by combining honey, water, lemon juice, and orange blossom water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. k. Remove baklava from the oven and immediately pour the warm syrup over the hot layers. Let cool slightly before serving.
