  2. Cook Jollof Rice according to package instructions, adding a dash of vegetable oil and spices for an extra kick.
  3. Peel plantains and slice into rounds. In a pan, heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and sauté plantains until golden brown and tender. Set aside.
  4. Grill or pan fry Suya Tofu Steaks until golden brown and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.
