- 4 oz fresh black cherries (pitted) 2 oz unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup almond milk 4 oz heavy whipping cream 3 oz vodka 2 oz cherry liqueur 1 tbsp Swerve confectioners sweetener 1 tsp vanilla extract Ice

- a. In a blender, combine the fresh black cherries and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth, forming a rich chocolate cherry puree. b. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids. c. In a separate blender, combine the chocolate cherry puree, almond milk, Swerve sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined. d. Divide the mixture evenly among four martini glasses and chill them in the freezer for 15 minutes. e. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. f. Remove the martini glasses from the freezer. Gently pour the whipped cream on top of each chilled mixture and spread it evenly. g. Serve immediately, with a cherry on top for an extra touch of indulgence.
