  • 2 racks pork ribs (3 lbs) 1 cup barbecue sauce (Memphis
  • style) 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup molasses 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the Memphis style BBQ sauce.
  3. Remove membrane from the back of each rack of ribs. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill ribs over indirect heat for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush on a generous layer of the BBQ sauce, then continue grilling for another 20 30 minutes until ribs reach desired tenderness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
