Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, add another tbsp of oil and cook onions and bell peppers until softened and slightly charred, about 5 minutes. Add cooked steak back into the skillet and toss everything together.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 20 30 seconds.
  5. Assemble fajitas: Place a scoop of steak mixture on each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, sour cream, lime wedges, and cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
