Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime and orange juices, lime and orange zests, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat, add the steak and cook for 4 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  3. In the same grill or grill pan, add the shrimp and cook for 2 3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing steak and shrimp on warm tortillas, then top with onion rings, jalapeño, cilantro, a generous dollop of citrus sauce, and a squeeze of lime juice. Fold in half and serve immediately.
