8 small corn tortillas 1 lb ground beef (90% lean) 1 package taco seasoning (1 oz) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup thinly sliced red onion 1 cup sliced jalapeños 1 cup guacamole 2 cups shredded lettuce 4 tbsp sour cream 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 8 taco

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and mix well. Set aside.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave for 10 seconds per tortilla.
Assemble the tacos by layering the ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. Fold each taco in half to complete the assembly.
Place two tacos per bag in a taco sized plastic bag to keep them warm and fresh.
