Ingredients
- 2 ears of fresh corn, husks removed and cleaned
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Grill the corn on all sides until slightly charred and tender, about 8 10 minutes. Rotate the corn to ensure even grilling.
- Remove corn from grill and immediately spread the garlic parmesan butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot.
Chef’s Insight
For added flavor, try grilling the butter mixture until golden brown before spreading it on the corn.
