Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, mustard, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, and Carolina barbecue sauce to create your secret Smoky Sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Preheat the grill or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the beef franks on the preheated surface and cook for 5 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.
- Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add a cooked frank to each bun and generously top with your Smoky Sauce.
